Requirements:

Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan, minimal IPK 2.75

Dapat mengelolah cabang dan tim dengan baik

Dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan

PROJECT MANAGER (PM) (Permata Hijau, Cimanggis, Sentul, Depok)

Requirements :

Male, max 45 year old

Min S1 majoring civil engineering

Able to organize & coordinate the Contractor / Subcontractors & all personnel involved in project implementation

Master of Project Development for the construction of the Property / Housing, from the beginning of Legality, Licensing Land, Planning & Control Engineering Construction Project Progress

Have the ability to analyze images of construction

Monitor and maintain the project time schedule

Capable of handling consumer complaints resolution

Great communication skill

5-10 years as a site manager or project manager in construction or developer company

Can work as a team

Ready to handle job pressure

Highly motivated, dynamic, excellent communication and leadership skill

Have the ability to create bill of quantity form architectural drawings for the purpose of tendering documents to contractors

Have the ability to evaluate construction progress

Have the ability to set construction budget
